Anyone know the reason why on bilstein 5100s you cant use 5th notch (2 inch lift) on 4x4, 6 cyl 6ft bed access cabs?

Have 2022 tacoma 2.7l, access cab w/ 6 ft bed but RWD, not 4x4.

Called bilstein and got different answers from 2 different people.

ACLBs are lighter. The last perch is too much preload. It likely exceeds what they consider to be a good CV angle.

What confuses me why only the access cab 6ft bed models? My last truck had eibachs set @ 2 inch lift with no problems, bilstein just quoted me, what there specs say but no reason or explanation?

    Update, bilstein emailed me back.
    They quoted.

Thank you for contacting Bilstein of America. Using the top most position on your applications will over extend your suspension and cause premature wear to other components such as the shocks, bushings, and ball joints
