Bilstein 6112 Front Coilover Shocks with 650# King Springs - E. Tennessee

These came off of a 5th Gen 4Runner and have less than 5k miles on them. I added the King springs as I was going to use these as temporary on my 2nd Gen Taco but ended up not needing them. I have been hanging on to them to use on my FJ Cruiser but now need some cash, so am letting them go.

The shocks are in great shape, the springs have a couple nicks in the paint but still look good.

So here is the weird part: My buddy ordered them new direct from Bilstein for his 5th Gen 4R, installed them etc and they worked great. When I was getting ready to list these today I double checked the number on the shocks to see what all they cross to. The number on the sticker of these shocks say they are for a 96-02 4Runner, but we think maybe Bilstein put the wrong sticker on them, as he definitely ordered them for the 5th Gen and they fit and worked great. Soon after he upgraded his whole setup. So I dunno what's going on there.

Fitment on the Tacoma: They *may* fit, but the bottom eye is wider on the 5th Gen 4R(41.5mm looks like) than the Tacoma. I have been told by a member on here that all you have to do is pry open the tabs on the LCA a little bit and they work fine(insert virtual grain of salt for taste). Or if you have a 5th Gen 4R or a 2010-up Fj Cruiser they will of course fit no problem. I think they will also fit 3rd Gen Taco same as 2nd Gen.

These are adjustable height. You can put spring compressors on these and set the height to whatever you like.

Looking for $500. Local pickup is preferred. If you are interested in shipping, I can certainly get a quote if you send me your zip code.
