I run my 265/70R17 Duratracs at 35psi fyi.

Seeing as you have 3.5" on the 4th notch, I would guess that you'll be 2.5-2.75" on the 2nd notch. With my 650# springs I dropped from the 4th to the 2nd and lost only 7/8" total (11.11mm per notch).

I dropped my tires to 39 psi and it did seem better. I will probably try and lower my psi a little more closer to your 35 psi and see if that improves anything more. I think that I will eventually need to go to the 2nd notch. I don't have the resources to remove myself so maybe I will call the Off-Road shop and see for sure what they would charge.

Lowered my tires to 38 psi went to work, over the speed bumps at 20 mph a little better but still harsh maybe I'm expecting too much from the 6112.

Sna made me think, is it because I have a PreRunner that the front weight contributing to the harshness? The extra added weight of a 4x4 could help.

I was assuming you would be adjusting the height yourself. The labor costs each time for an adjustment and alignment can add up very fast!

What size tires ? I've concluded that if a Tacoma is on running stock tire sizes, then this truck needs to be run at no more than +1 psi above the 29/32 psi for the front/rear. Some people say to put them higher for longer more even tread life, but if your in alignment, the treadwear will be fine at the recommend pressure. If pressures are too high, I've found it will lead to too much of a harsh ride or the truck will have too sensitive of an oversteer feel while going around highway bends (while driving fast of course). And if just one corner is too high or too low...it will cause the need for constant steering correction even while trying to go straight. If you are on stock size, try going to 30/33 psi for front/ rear.

Appreciate everyone's feedback, I wanted to get opinions about what I may be leaning towards.

MaxTrac 4" spindle lift with 2" AAL with Fox rear shocks
My Bilsteins 6112 I will move the circlip to the lowest notch- I believe it will be stock height
Keep the Light Racing SPC UCA

I'm hoping this will give me the best ride.

Running 6112’s @ 4th notch... pre runner. Stiffer than stock... thought they would be better. Putting in some SPC UCAs this weekend, maybe that will help.

5160’s in rear with 2” block to level it.

Got 3.5” of lift instead of the 2.5” from the forth setting.
