Rigid pod fogs, SpartanX stealth grill and hood LED's, 17" SEMA's on 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's, Fox 2.0 on all corners , TRD CAI, LEER 100XQ Blacked out, w/ Thule racks, and Cargo slider Flow master American Thunder "dual" exhaust, remote start, tint, TRD Pro grill and TRD shadow graphics, Alcan custom 8 leaf Spring Pack
Currently running Fox 2.0's that are horribly squeaking, and have at least 50k +. I run 275/70/17 wildpeaks on SEMA T4R rims. It is possibly time for a rebuild. I found a gently used set of Bilstein 6112s with coils installed on them locally for a decent discount over new. I cant just remove the Fox's without having at least a temp replacement to get them rebuilt. Will the 6112's have any issues with the OEM UCAs or the sway bar ( I read something about interference) TIA

I’ve heard of people having issues but mine are fine, no interference.

They don’t look like spacers from what I can tell. They look like the spring is recessed inside of them.

should be no problem unless there is a major difference in the diameter of the spring.

That looks like you have them set for max height? What I've read is that when you get up there , above 1.5" or so of lift, the factory UCA is limited in how much caster it can provide, which will effect things like steering wheel return and wandering.

I've also read it's more likely that the sway arm will contact the coils at higher settings.

Doesn't look like a tophat spacer to me. Looks like it's an integral part of the kit, and the spring is recessed. Not Bilstein as far as I know.

That top hat is not how they come from Bilstein...so it's some gigantic aftermarket spacer. As far as interference....my swaybar would constantly hit the edge of my driver's coil seat when I was driving hard...even with a swaybar relocation block. I guess I'm just too hardcore for a swaybar. I took the swaybar off and the noise has not been heard again while offroad.

Looks like a one-piece billet top hat + spacer combo. There's definitely a spacer built in, otherwise there's no reason for the part to exist, as stock replacement steel/rubber top hats are dirt cheap.

Like others said this setup will lift your truck too high for the stock UCAs to support. You can buy stock replacement top hats (from KYB, Sachs, Moog, etc.) and get them swapped in at a shop. Move the spring perch circlip down a couple of notches as well.
