Just ordered mine from WheelEveryWeekend. I can't wait to install them. Which leaf pack did you go with?

I’m just running the stock leafs for now. I’ll probably end up getting a deaver j66 pack though. Wheeler’s actually has it on sale right now for almost half price. The only added weight I have is a lomax bed cover and I usually only haul my mountain bikes to the trail so it should work out pretty good for my needs. What rear shocks did you get? The bypass or the smooth body’s?

I got the bypasses with adjusters. I'm going with the Deaver U402 Stage 2 leaf springs. I have a lot of weight in the back, Camper Shell, Prinsu cap rack, and 270 awning from Overland Vehicle Systems. I haul around my dirtbike on a hitch carrier and camp a lot. I think if you don't have a lot of weight the j66 will let the shocks do most of the work. At least that's what I've heard while researching these shocks.

I got my 8112 installed . I use to have the 6112 trd Bilstein kit for the front and rear .
Front shocks has a mid travel camburg system . I want to pair the back with tje 8100 but don’t know if by pass body or non. And the rxt leaf park or do the under leaf package from camburg

Do you have any load carrying capacity needs? Spring under is cool, but your ability to handle load kind of goes to the birds. We’ve had a lot of folks pair 8100s with Icon RXTs with good success. The bypasses are the longest of the bunch so they’ll give you the greatest travel characteristics.

Usually my trunk it’s empty . The only adding weight would be the rear tyres install and the my rear steel bumper nothing else. Thinking to adding hellwig sway bar for the rear . I love to do around 120km on the highway in Cabo .

I’ve been chasing a similar noise in my recently I stalled 8112s and I can’t get rid of it. Some folks say it could be bad front body mounts which kinda does and doesn’t make sense since they didn’t make noise previously. Though, I guess with stiffer suspension, I can kinda see where it would maybe impact the body mounts since some are known wear out very early on. Curious if you found a fix for yours?

Do you still have the stock Tacoma lower shock mounting bolts that are half-shouldered/stepdown? If you do, replace them with OEM Toyota 4Runner lower bolts or 303 Shock Services' bolt kit https://www.303shockservices.com/product-page/toyota-lower-shock-bolt-set
