bilstein in front

    if i install bilstein 5100s in the front of my tacoma and set them to 2.5" will it be too much of a california lift?

    Absolutely not, check my truck out although i have 5100's in the rear it will not give you the cali lift

    I have mine set at 2.5" with no add a leaf only the shocks in the back and i dont have the cali lift. Im selling my front 5100's to my buddy here shortly.

    I think your front will only be about 1.5" higher, It wont look bad. I suggested add the AAL from personal preference.

    thankss dark knight i am eventually gunna get the rear AAL's but im just gunna get the bilsteins in the front for now

    Lifted with Fox 2.5 Black & Chrome coil-overs, rear has Fox 2.0 Black & Chrome piggyback shocks, KMC 17" wheels wrapped with 285/75/17 BFG All Terrains, Total Chaos upper control arm, Alpine DVD doubledeck, and Volant cold air intake.
    The 2.5 setting on the shock is designed to lift your truck about an 1.5" once installed. The coils may settle a little bit as well after a few drives.

    what size aal's would level the 2.5 setting out? and alsoo would i need to get an alignment?

    Anytime you put a lift on your truck you need to get an alignment. The 2.5 setting might actually sit a little higher in the front. For a completely level ride go with the 1" AAL.

    I gottem set at 2.5'' in the front...nothing in the back...i think is great! Get an alignment and after a few drives it sits .5'' higher in the front![​IMG]
