So like the title says I'm contemplating All Above options. Don't know what I want to do, I use my truck for hunting which is pretty aggressive high-speed off-road and to use for my lawn trailer. Looking for opinions and first-hand stories people who have done both or swapped out for a certain reason.

If you go 6" stay away from rough country. Go Fabtech or BDS and make sure you get full coilovers

Do you want off-road performance and have clearance for bigger tires or do you just want a taller truck so you can add bigger tires?

Tires arent the biggest deal, I want my truck for off road performance not really rock climbing or anything and to haul my trailer. Right now it has 5100s all the way around that are worn out hence the new stuff....I am not sure of what all is on there other than 5100s

Looks like you need to upgrade your leaf pack.

@Blackout14 sells the pack I have on my truck that rides well and handles tons of weight. I don't know if he sells it for your truck, though.

I'm looking to stay in the $1,000 range for all my stuff, I'm doing the install myself in my shop on my lift. So I can spend all that on shocks and springs Etc

If Money Was No Object I would definitely do the Kings or foxes and go all out but seeing as how this is a second truck /work truck / play truck then I'm going budget-minded on top of all my other toys LOL

Billy 5100s with ome 884/885 is a proven setup up front. Have you considered toytec they have a set of adjustable coilovers for under 900 an run a rear shock of your choice an have a decent setup.

Those look good, and seem like they woud work. I wonder if they're any better than the 5100, also only bad thing about that is that it's 900 just for shocks and leave me with nothing for the rear

Ive rode in a truck with toytec an 5100s out back everything else was stock an I was very impressed with it. Since you don’t seem to be upgrading everything else should be a good combo. He also removed the swaybar.

If you were to get a 3 leaf aal it’s progressive an would keep the soft ride. I had this before dakars an loved it the 5100s will work with that also.

^^^^details please kind sir. And was that 1k just for the fronts?

Also on my first gen I did the overload spring flip in the rear, is it possible to flip my overload spring on this one to get me a little more lift and stiffness?
