Put these on my wife’s 4runner. Installed like every other UCA and per directions. Started bad squeaks within a week, took them off and noticed wear marks on inner sleeve and outside washer. Buffed to a polish, greased and re installed. Quite for about 8 miles and squeaks are back. There is a noticeable amount of play in UCA front to back, which I suspect is causing a bind when tighten. Was planning on machining new inner sleeve and Delrin bushing but don’t feel like I should be working on a new product.

Hey man, I just ordered a set of the Bilstein UCAs and also grabbed the overpriced dust caps from Dirt King. Just wanted to ask if you had any issues with squeaking or anything I should know before installing the UCAs?

Yes.. make sure you grease your zerks.. and more importantly MAKE SURE YOU GREASE THE SHIT OUT OF THE BUSHINGS.. that squeak was horrible.. I had to loosen everything and try and grease as best as possible to fix my issue.. it worked.. hope this helps
