On my 05 crew cab long bed it came with Bilstein shocks all the way around it and they were adjusted all the way up in the front. Truck Road great love the way it was but after having it for a couple weeks and hunting out of it, I run dogs so I use my truck pretty hard. I have blown the rear shocks out LOL. My question is for people who have had it on their opinions which I should go with back with Bilstein or should I do the ebach with springs lift kit. All I really want is the 2 and 1/2 in in the front just so I can put some 275 s on it again. Thanks guys for the help you've given me already

I have the eibach pro-truck struts and I like them, but I have never felt 5100s to compare

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
I had 5100s on my truck for about 3 years before I moved to kings, but that is besides the point. Front what I am gathering you would probably do fine with a set 5100s. They are great for their price and if you are just running dirt roads and moderate trails. I honestly probably pushed mine a lot harder then the average person would have but they did their job.

I have 5100s with the 2.5” Eibach springs now for 3 years and have been very happy with them. No regrets.

5100's absolutely suck. I wanted more lift on my Tacoma and got rid of my fox's. After having the 5100's for 2 days I got rid of those pieces of crap. Eibach is superior. Way better ride quality.

I just ordered the full eibach "Pro-Truck" kit for my 2009 DCLB 4x4. I've had a hard time finding many photos of Gen 2 trucks with this installed...
I've actually got the same BBS wheels that you have. Currently running 265/65/18's and thinking about a small increase, to 265/70/18.
I already love the stance of the truck with the 265 width tire, and I think with the extra height of the tires it will look great.
I might need to go back and add a leaf, depending on the rake I end up with after everything settles..
