Instead of spending a thousand dollars on coilovers could I run my current bilstein 5100s set at 2.5 and add a 2" coil spacer to that along with 2 inch aal in rear and be able to clear 33" s?

I may be wrong since I don't have bilsteins but adding a 2 inch spacer on top of the max setting with the 5100's is a no go, especially if you still have stock ucas. There is no guarantee you will be able to fully clear 33 inch tires without doing some sort of trimming, but everyone's truck seems to be different.

Your bilstein at 2.5 should give you enough lift to put on a good size tire though.
