Bilstien 5100 level setting?

    I have the 5100, toytec springs, 3 leaf pack and a 1/4" spacer (front driver side) to fix the bro lean. The ride is very nice on road and off.

    I'm gonna go with the 2.5 " setting on the front. From there i will be able to figure out what the back is gonna need if anything

    I had it up on .85 and the third stetting in front with and without 1.5" AAL in the rear on 3 leaf packs and it still slanted forward. Without the AAL my truck was bottoming out all the time. My current set up is 5100's all around at 2.5", with 1/2" spacers in front... Im almost level or at least for appearances I am. Its within and inch or so all around. I hit a trail yesterday and it was stiff, not to mention the 285's were rubbing on the cab mount... good luck on your choice...

    Take off the training wheels & get out of the new members section & go to appropriate section, like maybe the suspension thread or the 2nd gen thread for your questions.....welcome to TW....;)

    Ok I bought the toytec springs! Here's the new question my billies came with only one spring seat I'm gonna call and get it sent cuz there has to be a problem, but could I use the stock spring seats?

    nice on the springs... the stock spring seats are fixed on the shock. The 5100's have an adjustable "C" clip that allows you to adjust it. There should only be one per a shock assembly.

    Thanks man, sux they only sent me one spring seat but ill call in the morning to get the other one and ill be ready to go. I'm excited to get it all on!
