The numbers will help you put them back in properly when you have to make changes. Find the position there the hole is lined up properly and bolt it up.

Before--make sure you have all the tools, jack stands, level ground.
During--remove tires, mark exactly where your existing bolts are located. Remove one at a time and replace with Stop Cams.

    a) Insert sleeves with grease
    b) Set up the Stop Cam plates so they locate with the LCA hole.
    c) Install the bolt and clean off grease from the threads
    d) torque. Take into account that the crush nut adds about 15 ft/lbs to the torque value, BUT any leftover grease most likely voids that number.

Use a pry bar or precision bumping instrument to move the LCA in place. The allowable camber range is not massive, so a slight change in the resting place will most likely keep your alignment in the happy zone.

It's OK to "trim" the Stop Cams if you already have some sort of bracket welded up to prevent your alignment from moving.

AFTER--check your work. Check that all bolts are tight. Take it to an alignment shop if needed. I like to mark my bolts with a paint pen so I can see if there's been any movement. Stop Cams too. Mark them so you can see movement, and move 'em back if needed.

Possible, but I think some of the utility of a gun-drilled bolt is lost if the bolt doesn't also have a built-in flat. I like the idea of having a full bolt in this application, as I think it's less likely to stretch and therefore allow the bolt to wander.

    Gotcha.

I'm having severe squeaking, which I think I've isolated to my LCA bushings. When I replace them, I've thought about using your kit during the reassembly, but I'm also trying to prevent the issue going forward.

Definitely interested in these my alignment will *not* stay put bashing with 34's.

I can absolutely install these in my garage, done everything else there myself, I do not have a lift.

Considerations the truck has which may or may not make a difference in compatibility:

    Uniball tubular upper control arms.
    Total Chaos Cam Tab gussets.
    Polyurethane control arm bushings.
    Bilstein 5100's on 2nd notch.
    OME 887 coils.
    Cooper STT Max 285 75 17 tires (34's)

This is to say, my alignment is not stock specks, I need forward caster to clear the already agressively cut cab mounts.

Anything else you may need to know just @ me.

Best picture I have of my truck on my phone right now:

Also, have these been tested with the Whiteline bushings?
I’m sure it’ll be fine, but I plan to rebuild them with those, not Toyota bushings.

Your stock bushings are probably shot, so the Whiteline's will most likely fix everything. I've seen complete replacement LCA's for the same price, so that's an option too. If there was one thing I'd change about the Whiteline units in order to increase smooth travel and make them quieter, I'd make the single sleeve in the middle a dual sleeve. Greased up properly, the two sleeves become bearings and everything just works better.

I like that idea too! Doesn’t seem like anyone makes one that way, though.

    Sadly, no.
And I don’t have access to a lathe there, anyway.

I mean I probably wouldn't have been hired, they don't sew a lot of things together.
