This looks clean. Trying to wrap my head around how to wire each of my components in.
Just to understand this fully; you have the fuse block for accessories that run constant power (these don't go through Switch-Pro), then your accessories that you want switched on/off you run into the Switch-Pro. These components don't need to be fused?

The Switch-Pro requires a 125a fuse between the battery and the switch pro, and then it has built in limits for each circuit [4x35a, 4x20a].

I also have a fuse between the blue-sea fuse block and the battery...100a if I recall. The fuse block is for anything I don't want the Switch-Pro to control, so that's currently set up for my underhood lighting, transmission cooler, winch interrupt switch.

I can post a wiring diagram if you'd like.

It’s been a while since my last post — life has been busy and the truck has been somewhat neglected as of late. We moved a few years ago and I got a commuter vehicle which meant the truck got relegated to back-up vehicle, which was great for my fuel economy but demonstrably not good for the driveway princess.

I got in touch with @906taco to start some upgrades and improvements, as well as clean up some of my problems (on the truck). We opted to build this in phases:

Phase 1: lets get things up to par

Swap out my front LT stuff for uniballs

    Spindle gusset

    Coil-bucket gussets

Install the hydro bump stops that been rolling around in the garage

Cory was great to work with — super knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions, wildly fast turn-around. Really stoked to have found a competent shop close by (well, reasonably close)

Next phase is going to be steering upgrades:

    Tundy rack

    Howe TC steering pump

    Double-shear on the spindle

    Clevis steering tie rods

Then we’ll cut some weight and swap my bumpers out for something lighter — currently thinking coastal off-road and/a custom hybrid option.

Then SUA in the rear, just waiting to see what deaver comes up with for an h70hdhd option since I’m anticipating about 600ish lbs over stock in the rear.

Lastly, rebuilding my bed rack to lower it and fit my RTT on it full-time and also fit in a 7’ garage. I’m seriously considering a hard-sided RTT and selling/swapping my current one (maybe I’ll build a trailer or something?) to lose a few inches if I can. The goal is to fit a 35” spare standing up in the bed as well as the tent on top, all in a 7’ package.

    Stoked!
