    I voted both, simply because I orignally saw it as white/gold, but now see it blue/black. I can go back and forth with it. It is an optical illusion.

    If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
    I see white & gold regardless of the white balance.

    As a control, look at the print behind/left the dress. That is clearly black & white, and no matter how you adjust the white balance, contrast, saturation, it does not altar the "Gold" color of the lacework. The white can "appear" blue'ish, but that is only due to the fluorescent lighting and white balance/exposure.
