Claybar, Wax, Polish, and sealed today. Got bored and took some photos along the way, Here's a few of the hood.

Products used were from Wolfgang and Meguiars with a Porter Cable dual action buffer.

Taped off and ready to start.

    Clay time...

Paint before claying, notice all the impurity's stuck in the paint show up as white specs. (sorry not the best photographer)
    Same area after claying...
Time to get rid of the swirls and light scratches...
    Next is the polish...
    Final is the sealant...

    Finished product.

Truck is a 2011... 3500 miles on it. Yeah its new still, weather in Germany takes its toll on paint if you don't take care of it though.

    looks FANTASTIC!!

Question: how the heck do you park the car so damn close to the wall like that???

...looks like it's only like 2 inches from it, like you'd have to turn away from it to miss the opening.

Nice job. I'd love to do this but I'm too scared to use a electric buffer.
