3 inch ready lift

on 2nd gen 5-lugs it's a piece of steel behind the liners where the front mud flaps bolt on. it keeps people from running a 30x9.5 without rubbing and without a lift. the largest that can be run without rubbing or removing the black box is a 235/75/15.without these the front mudflaps cant be put on
