    How do u guys think truck would look with gloss black emblems instead of chrome? if anyone can photo shop it for me that would be awesome too.

    Do it! That would look sick with blacked out badges. Did mine and think the truck looks much better.

    eh I tryed to black them out, but was a little difficult bc the emblem was so far away in the picture.

    thanks for photo shopping them.. like u said to far away to really tell a difference.. i might try to take another pic up closer tommorrow. If i do decide to do it , was there any special process or was just just clean and spray? also, for those who have done it what paint did u use?

    The clear coat should take at least 12-16hrs of drying. Good luck with yours.

    Well I didn't use that i used a high gloss paint that seemed to do the trick.

    Painted my front emblem black yesterday. Simply used appliace epoxy, spray can said something about "hard enamel" and I figured that'd be useful.

    Like the look of the black badging, probably give that a shot soon as well.

    Advice if ya' screw it up: i'd suggest having a bottle of rubbing alchol, a towel and container you don't mind throwing away if you mess it up. Fill container with RA, imerese emblem in fluid, clean with rag.

    ....Wonder how I know that!?!?!?!

    That looks really good. Is that a dark grey colour painted on? Or Black? Looks kinda off black. Looks awesome though, thats the colour I want to do on my truck.
