    I ordered a set of the Morimoto XB Hybrids from Hotshot Offroad @memario1214. They were shipped quickly and arrived super fast. They are now on the truck and look great!
    Thank you

    Not sure if this thread is the right place to ask this question, here we go anyway.

    I am looking to get a portable power supply with solar for camping. Probs will just be used to run a fan in the RTT, charge a cell phone a time or two, maybe a tablet for the kids, my GoPro batteries, blue tooth speaker, external camping lights, possible another item or two that hasn't crossed my mind.

    I see Jackery has their holiday Christmas sale starting today. I missed on the Black Friday deals because of other financial priorities. I am considering the Jackery 240 with 60W solar panel. I like it because it is small an would be able to bring into the RTT. I think it meets all my needs listed above. Thoughts?

    My seasoned advice is: just like a gun safe, always get a bigger unit than what you think you need. I got the 500W Jackery and wish I had gone bigger, but it sure works great. Nothing bad to say about the Jackery, it's good gear.

    X2. I've been very happy with mine.

    While I think the 240 should handle everything you've thrown in there just fine on its own, combining them all may use more of the juice than you expect. Also, some variables would include the batter capacity of each device and also how many lights (as well as incandescent vs LED) are used for the camp lights. As @NorrinRadd said, you can always use less juice than you have stored up, but not more. Also, the 300 has two AC outlets compared to the single on the 240. If you can afford it, I'd go with the 300 if I had to choose.

    I'm going on over a year with my Jackery stuff and have liked it enough that I've picked up some more in various sizes.

    Yeah. I sort of saw this type of advice heading my way.

    I would never have all those items even close to the same time running. Just a few items that came to mind. My trips wouldnt be more then a couple days to a week max (and with that I would probs find a site with power). Camping lights would be a string of leds wrapped around my RTT. I do like the 300 series, you might have me convinced that is the way to go. I was hoping that they had the 300 series in one of the holiday deals, I cant seem to find one though.

    @themcnertney
    The 240 is found, new, in Amazon warehouse for 149 if you keep looking.
    2x149 is 300 for basically what the 500 is.
    "Two is one, one is none."
    I have 2 240s and a 500. The 500 was best price I have seen at 425.
    Figure out your needs when you don't have sun. The solar panel will never give you 100%.
    Get an Led USB light, too.

    Anyone else bought the ARB single air compressor from 4xtuff.com. ordered it on Nov 23rd and no updates. Tried contacting them and no luck. Phone goes to voicemail.

    Yes also waiting. I also emailed asking for estimated ship date or something. The website seems legit. And although I’d want better communication it’s pretty par for the course of these smaller companies to hear nothing.
