Does anyone know if Roam Adventure Co does any Black Friday deals?

 

meh I don’t know if that’s a good judge of quality. Markup on most products in general is 50-100% of cost so everyone has quite a bit of wiggle room if they wanted. Ironman has a single importer to the states so being factory direct also prolly helps them offer some better deals.

I’ve installed Ironman kits on a few buddy’s rigs and it’s pretty damn nice for the price point. Keep in mind their kits are in the same league as OME nitro chargers and the like. This isn’t a King, Fox, or ADS kit.

 

I’ve got the foam cells on my truck and have enjoyed them, besides them being a little stiff. They didn’t have a lower spring rate coil when I got it but now they do.

I got the stage 1 FCP for about 1500 over a year ago. It’s done everything I’ve asked it too. Getting a full leaf pack for that price is great. The entire kit is pretty solid.

 

I agree, that’s just a pretty deep discount compared to most vendors considering the state of the world and price of materials.
I’m honest just poking fun at them because I think their foam cell stuff is pretty shitty and they try to market that it’s a superior technology.
I guess I’m just bored and shit talking though. Good price for someone who needs something basic.

haha fair! I also think anyone that pays full price for Ironman suspension is a chump. They run 20% off sales for literally every holiday including bank holidays. Pretty sure they have some cushion built into their pricing structure.

In a past life I was a fox factory trained suspension tech and am also dubious of the foam cell tech. I don't really understand how you can expect to achieve the same thing with a big chunk of elastomer that is normally done with shim stacks and oil.

@Dometic any chance of having a Black Friday sale off the whole cfx3 line? I know last year there was supply constraints that caused only two specific models to go on sale. This year isn’t necessarily any better supply chain wise, but I have my eye on a 75DZ or 95DZ!
