Their shit is expensive. I went and looked for the TRD CAI and it was $475. No wonder you can offer 25% off if your price starts out 30% more expensive than others online. I've seen the CAI elsewhere for around $370 if memory serves me right.

Yep, that is their game, the big chains work deals with the manufacturers and come up with a model that is one little feature different from another model so it has a different model number and can't be price matched. Wal-Mart does this with a lot of there everyday items too. I've heard people bashing the lines that they carry saying they are cheap versions. I think they just drop a feature or 2. I don't think the quality is necessarily different.

With that said my tv in our bed room was a black friday deal about 4 years ago. I wouldn't fight the crowd and went to look on the Saturday after and they had a couple left so they were still good at the doorbuster price. The tv has been great, just very basic though. Lacks a bunch of features I wouldn't use anyway. The irony is the picture is amazing, has a better picture than my living room tv that I bought last year and it's a 1080 compare to the bedroom's 720.
