Black Friday sales suck this year?

Is it me or did the black Friday deals suck this year? I remember when vendors were generous and gave like 20% off suspension kits and no tax. I was hoping to see some of those but none were ever posted. I like saving money as I like making money so I get both sides. It doesn't seem there were blow out prices that made me want to get anything right now. GB sometimes offer better prices.

I was looking at that thread. Looks like some new posting were added. I think I stopped watching after the 21st. 15% is a good deal for suspension but I do like 20% with no tax. Maybe next year.

 

There is little in this world that you can't get 10% off, 24/7/365, just by looking the guy in the eye and asking. Next guy that talks loses. So 15 off really isn't anything, is actually more like just 5 off. We left a lot of money on the table this year. On a couple of interest forums for me. Yeah, yeah, its a cottage industry, blah, blah, blah...

Like I said on that thread: Just one major vendor, just ONE product...knock our socks off. It's not going to happen as long as the economy is crankin'.

 

I didn't buy anything this year, anywhere. I was completely disappointed with all the deals I saw. I think "black friday" is on its way out man- retailers/vendors are looking at it as a way to take advantage of excited consumers and give us a "deal" but we're actually getting fucked

 

Steel tariffs hurt.

 

I found some Great deals with BAMF 25% off everything he sells and free shipping!

Got 20% off my Icon Stage 4 kit! I was pretty happy with that

 

I bought some stuff off ebay. They had 15% discount so I was able to get 5100 Bilsteins for $280.

 

McNeil Racing gave me 20% off but chinga'd me on the shipping

 

I'm waiting for the after christmas sale. Whatever that day is called.

 

i agree, last year 4wheelparts offered a 20 inch rigid lightbar and tax to go with the fab fours vengeance bumper. this year just tax. I saw it late december so maybe it might come by then.
