Klipp has awesome step by step instructions, in the link provided above. Very simple for us non rocket-surgeon or diesel mechanic types. Blackhawke also recommended cutomcargrilles.com for $50.00 (shipped) it is very nice quality. also a good alternative to grillecraft. I am pumped to do the Hella light bracket mod sometime soon as well now! (also linked in the satoshi instructions)

A lot of good info and some really cool trucks. Now I need to fly my ass off and make some extra cash so I can get some upgrades for my truck! Pictures will follow soon. Debadging will happen first! Then rain guards and nerf steps then tonneau cover then grille and tires and rims. Next six months in that order!!!!!!!!!! And i am sure there will be other things like a lift and a suspension upgrade. I should have done years ago. It's like being a kid in a candy store!

No mesh grill, just painted mine black with Brownells Aluma-Hyde II Epoxy spray paint. Stuff takes a week to dry in open air or 3-4 days under a fan or sunlight. I chose the sunlight route. Same paint for the BHLM.
