    I have a black TRD sport and want to eventually black out the emblems, install black taillights and headlights and was wondering if there are any blacked out mirror signal lights.

    Welcome to the forums.

    You can add a dark film over the lenses. I’ve never seen aftermarket blacked out lenses or the whole mirror assembly. The lenses are enclosed from what I read.
