I tried to counter balance it with Evan Williams Single Barrel. Apparently they don't drink that in Indiana and Ohio cause I could barely give it away at camp :boink:. I took one for the team though and finished strong.

Most of my videos suck so don't get excited for that. Back to the drawing board on recording trails sans GoPro.

First batch of pictures nearly finished. Wasn't too pleased with most of em but we got some keepers out of the bunch. I'll upload to Flickr then here shortly after.

Several things that worked really well; 1st, the CB is a big plus! It'll be saying in the truck! Also, the air down/air up system is a piece of cake! The ARB deflator worked just like it was supposed to. The CO2 tank is all that too! I went down from 36 to 18, then back to 36 for the drive home. Checked when I got back. All 4 within 1/2 lb psi..... I got a chance to look really close @ Mike's tire combo.....May be the way I go. Not at all a fan of KO2's, but the KM2's are great tires, and the 255/85/16 LOOK good and work even better. I know it was cool Saturday and downright COLD today, but my new Yeti cooler held ice for 4 days with very little melting. Put 30lbs in and probably dumped 28 lbs while ago. Dang near froze my beer! Guess I needed to drink it faster.

This was my first real test of the new camera. I have some work to do.....Also, the lens I was using isn't the hot setup for close in shots. Pics would have probably turned out better with the "stock" 50mm. For a while, I was playing with the auto focus. Not sure I like it as much as I first thought I would. And....Better cameras amplify mistakes.....I could hide a few things with the old "point and shoot" Olympus. This camera makes mistakes a permanent part of the picture.

The view from Camping Area 3 is pretty epic for a drive up campsite. There was a jeep crew there so we decided to move on to the other area.

Camping Area 4 had some fun things to mess around on as well as being secluded but also directly below the trail head.

We did a night run Saturday after supper and went way out in the park to find a lookout. The stars were spectacular.

I may go by DTOR on Saturday, maybe not....Haven't made up my mind yet. Me and a friend cut the first trails on that property 26 years ago. It's close to home, but just a little boring after being there a zillion times.

Mike bummed out all the drunks when he shot up that hill like he did! They were cheering for failure. He made it look entirely too easy!

I've got the video of my attempts I'll upload eventually. The dude that was "spotting" me kept talking about this triangle shaped rock like he wanted all of us to drive over it. I'm pretty sure he just wanted to see a sidewall puncture.

Yeah, they were most helpful.....in their drunken stupor sort of way.... They were staying in one of the cabins we passed on the way in and out. Sunday morning when we stopped by to pick up our chair, one of 'em was outside, heaving his guts off the front porch. That always makes for a fun start to the day.
