Just installed my GC and WOW you can see everything behind it. So I was wondering what y'all thought on painting the radiator red, black, or leave it. I know eastwood has black radiator paint but I cant seem to find any red. Anyone know where I could find some red paint suitable for a radiator or if someone has already done this with their rad red, some pics would be nice.
    Thanks!

Black. You'll regret painting anything back there red.

Your truck is awesome looking, but I would go with black. Red might be too much. JMO.

You could paint it black, real black as suggested but the use some red as a highlight for a nice 'Yota symbol. Kind like how pinstripe artist make some awesome ghost flames and images. The 3 circle symbol would look nice centered and in red.

Radiator paint is kind of special. You don't want it too thick, because then it begins to act as an insulator and take up space that should be taken by flowing air. You just want to blacken the fins.

Black is the ideal color, because it is the most efficient radiator of heat. Any other color, even if it was as thin as radiator paint, will be less efficient.

Yeah...Everyone else said it- Red would be over kill- but think about how all the splatter stuff would show up.

Black is where it's at....and relocate anything you can (like horns and stuff)

That's actually the A/C condenser not the radiator, either way I would go with black.

    Leave it alone....

What part are you gonna paint?

I'd be worried about the paint clogging up the fins!
