I've got the black seats and orange stiching.... These seats do show dirt/fluff more than the Grey that I had in my 2006 Taco... (Need to vacuum more, I guess)..hehe

Anyone know they paint code for the orange trim? I wish it was actual inferno but it's different. For I get this truck I'd like to maybe pint the door switches to match but it probably would look stupid if I can't match the dash pieces

I have the orange trim in my Super white 2017 TRD sport. Originally I thought I would hate it but the dealership offered to wrap it with carbon fiber for free if I bought the truck and decided I didn't like the orange. When I finally got the truck, I fell in love with the orange. I personally think it gives the interior a lot more character and looks great with the white.

I'd guess it's a different code because the trim is all plastic. I was recently at a body shop getting my hood re-aligned (came mis-aligned from the factory) and the guy running it told me that you can take a single can of paint, use it to paint a piece of metal and a piece of plastic, and get two different colours in the end. Apparently plastic never comes out the same colour as metal.

I did know that, that's why white sometimes the bumpers look like a different color. I still don't think the interior color is inferno though

That's a good point that I forgot to mention. My interior is a giant black hole (as stated, I have black seat covers) and the orange accents do break it up somewhat.

Partly off-topic: I really wish I could have had a brown/tan interior. The black always looks dirty. My '86 and my '00 were tan/oak/whatever and they hid dirt quite well.

Hey it's my first post here. Buying a new Tacoma soon from the dealer I work at. My dealer has an eBay page and anyone looking at different interior color trims for the dash bezel area, we have all 4 options available. Silver, Gunmetal, Black, and of course Orange. Unfortunately Toyota doesn't list a color code for the orange. It just says "Orange" in the catalog.

Didn't know these came prepainted. I was gonna get some aerosol touch up paint and paint myself or see how much our body shop wants to paint. Do you happen to have part numbers?

Not on me, but if I remember I can get them tomorrow. They come prepainted when we order them, but no paint codes.

I work for a dealer as well. Just curious for the part number so I can see if we can get them and what my cost is. If you can get me the part number that would be great. Thanks

I personally wanted the red/black door inserts and finally found one. It may not be liked by some, but it's liked by others. It's a personal taste thing. That's the reason we have colors, different flavors, different looks and black/silver/chrome, blue, color wheels...

I didn't mind it but the hag said: :puke:

So I went with the standard gray/graphite or whatever they're calling it.

I have the black/orange interior and love it. When I ordered the truck, I wasn't sure exactly how it was going to look, but now I can't imagine the interior without it. It's a nice pop of color and orange/black is always a a good looking combo.

I have the orange trim as well and it's not as though I dislike it, but would prefer it to be a different color. I am considering wrapping in vinyl, but still haven't decided. Would depend if I can get some other accents to match the color.

I think it looks perfect with the Inferno and black.

I love it on my inferno. I thought it would be tacky at first, but it breaks up the drab looking interior and it's just the bezel and the stitching.
