Black Tacoma with Inferno Orange

Anyone here with a black Tacoma with inferno orange tailgate letters? Would really like to see the finished product before I order. As a second question, has anyone run across the letter inserts in a color other than black or chrome? I want the actual inserts but will probably have to settle on vinyl because of the lack of inferno orange choice. I have a '17 TRD Sport with orange dash trim and seat stitching. Thanks!

I ordered Red stickers from Amazon and got the inner black reflective ones made by @rrentrop

 

Can you explain how you did this? I like the look... Would go with the orange instead of the red though.... Sorry for not understanding.. =P Just trying to comprehend how you got the red border around the letters....

Edit: Ok.. I think I see how you did this now... You first laid in the red vinyl then dropped the black reflective over the red? I looked for it through @rrentrop but don't see the inner decals... =(

 

I have an inferno tacoma, and got the glove box decal inserts in inferno from this seller (and they match quite well):

I also got the tailgate inserts from the same seller in black, you might be able to contact him/her for the tailgate ones in the red-orange vinyl.

 

The red-orange vinyl decals aren't hard to find, I'm looking for the "raised" letter "solid" inserts... I've only seen chrome or black...

 

Ill have to ask my friend, he has them, but his truck is that dark grey

Haha, correct. First the red vinyl letters and then the reflective on top of those (I laid them on the red letters before putting them on the truck). I'm pretty sure I just sent a PM to @rrentrop to have them made and he didn't have an issue with making it happen.

 

Yup.. I'm in contact with him now... Good thinking putting them together first... Was it tough?

 

Nah, just gotta make sure you line them up correctly. I put the reflective letters down, put a few heavy objects on them overnight and then put them on the truck

 

We’re you able to find the inferno orange RAISED tailgate letters? I had the orange vinyl but had my tailgate stolen. I want the RAISED inferno orange for my replacement tailgate, but it seems like nobody makes them. Please let me know if you were able to find them. Thanks in advance.
