Sure, I'll take the pics today and post them tonight. I used 2.5" long bolts and bolted them down from the bottom up.
They go in this order from the bottom up:
    Bolt
    Metal washer
    Rubber washer
    Truck bed floor
    Rubber washer
    Metal washer
Nut (to secure bolt to truck bed)
    Flat metal washer
    Flat rubber washer
    Tool chest
    Rubber washer
    Metal washer
    Nut.

It sounds like a lot but when you see the pics it will make sense. I have it this way in case I need to remove it I just loosen the 4 nuts and lift up the chest.
    :)

Rubber washers are a good idea, i bolted mine through the bottom and got water in there. Then i put a small bead of silicone under the washers and it hasnt leaked yet. Rubber washers is probably the way to go.

    Hello evanmb31,

The box does measures 16" high if you measure it with the lid opened. With the lid closed it measures 17 1/4"'s high. Oh, and the bolt diameter is 3/8" stainless steel from Home Depot.

Oh ok, the angle of your picture and my picture made it look like they are the same height, and mine is 19" with the lid.

    Here are the pics:

As you can see, I do not carry anything valueable in there. Truth is, if they want to open it up bad enough, they will. I do not want to lose too much. I have some small tools, car wash stuff, black paint, 1 cheap nylon rope, & some clothes in case mine gets wet or muddy.

    View from inside the box.

This is the inside part of the handles. The holes in the box are rectangular but the bolts are obviously not so when I hosed the box down on the handles I noticed that water would drip down inside. I added these 1 1/4" rubber washers & metal washers & I bought 1" bolts. Problem solved.

The front of the box has a red & black plastic sign that says DEE ZEE but I didn't like it so I removed it & put these small screws, washers, & rubber washers to seal the holes. This is not necessary but I am picky.

Where the DEE ZEE sign goes.

I had a smaller box before. Thats why you see the other 3 holes.

These are 2.5" leaf spring pads. I cut 1 in half & they worked for both sides.

    Bottom of the box.

These are washers & rubber bushings from shocks. Go to your local tire shop & I'm sure they would not mind giving you some old ones. Mine are off of an old set of shocks.
