How many of you have removed the vinyl between the windows. Debating on doing this but no sure how it would look. Pictures would be great!

I did it. Took about 30 minutes, will need some goo gone or something. Can kinda see it in my profile pic.

I like it, did it last week. (also asked same question) I think if you do it asap it will be easier to remove. Personally I think they looked kinda cheesey imho.

Parked in the Texas sun... peeled each side off in about 10 minutes total.

Of course it's a one way street so be sure you want to. I like the Texas sun approach but here in NorCal I had to use a hair dryer to produce the effect. It really does take a little heat, and as another indicated, some goo gone or the like to finish it up. I found that removal of the residual adhesive took more elbow grease than I wanted to apply but war is hell.

I'm gonna leave it for now. I can only assume, based on the amount of smudgy fingerprints on the passenger side, that it's how my girlfriend wipes her hand off after she puts on sunscreen. I'd rather she ruin that than the paint.

I live in SoCal, anything from Fresno on up is considered NorCal to us.

From a distance I like the effect, however up close it does look kind of "cheesy"...

You either live under a rock or are not familiar with California.

    Or both.

I live the best of both. I do not live under a rock, and I know gracefully nothing of California except that my daughter used to live there...
