    :(

I got the decals a couple of days ago, but learned that the temperature has to be above 60 degrees to apply! It could be a while before it gets that warm in the PNW.

Haha. That would make putting on the vent rings interesting.

Those are recommended temps from the vinyl manufacturer. The absolute minimum temp for installation is 49, but uninstalled vinyl can become brittle and tear easier at very low temps. If you choose to install it be extra careful.

I brought the center and drivers side vents upstairs to warm up since they pop off easily. I did the steering wheel logo and passenger side vent quickly after the drive home from work.

Cup holder vinyl done, turned out nicely! Thanks for the product sir. For those of you that are worried about difficulty I think patience is key, take your time, (read the rather thorough directions) and this is pretty easy. I ended up not using any of the spares provided. Disregard the debris in my cup holder.

@rrentrop did my console trim for the prototype, so I can't comment on that. But, the trim rings were pretty easy. I did ruin the two extras because I was using the wrong method to tuck in the edges.

Yes, but for now you can request a specific color by adding a note to your order.

need to learn more about this stuff
Just tried the Toyota emblem on steering wheel. That bugger is hard. It looks bad right now. But I think with the extra I’ll be able to get it. I imagine that is one of the harder ones yeah?

Are any of you guys using the wet method? The steering wheel might be easier that way.

Dry for the trim rings. You need the stick to make it work.

The instructions for the steering wheel logo is wet with soapy water. As I pressed the water out, I could adjust the alignment as needed.

Yeah it's tough. The only one I had to use the extra on. I just had a bowl with warm soap water and used a ton of it. Made it way easier to move around and then I just let it dry. Looks awesome!

I found the vent rings and start button to be fairly easy. The consol
Yes, it is more challenging than the rest of them. I've done several of them now and it gets easier each time. Just make sure the decal and emblem are thoroughly wet. The decal should easily slide around on the logo. If it doesn't then you need more soap in the solution.

I was envisioning all the chrome to be gone on my dash yesterday and found another piece that I'm unsure if people have mentioned: the shift boot ring. It's not as big of a problem like the steering wheel or the vents, but when I decide to black everything out I'm gonna want it all to be gone. Is that piece doable?
