I don't actually have a decal for the 4WD knob, but many have tried using the spare start button ring to cover the chrome on the knob. The problem is the shape of the knob. It is simply not possible to cleanly cover the chrome without wrinkles.

Also, I don't have a 4x4 so I can't test fit decals over the knob. If you can send me the exact diameter of the center part of the knob I can try to make a decal that fits and has slits around the outside edge so it will overlap instead of wrinkle.

I used the spare start ring to cover mine. I secured the center first and slowly pressed the vinyl around the edge like a flower(skipping a few millimeters at a time) then going back and smoothing it down slowly. I feel like it didn't leave a crease or very little. Just do small sections at a time versus trying to one continuous push around the edge. Hopefully this makes sense. If not buy the dishwasher seal from the home improvement store.

Should have that for you tomorrow. Just gotta remove what I put on there. Best way to do that? Don’t recall that on instructions.

It should peel off fairly easily. Just pick at an edge with your fingernail until you can grab it with your fingers. Thanks!

I don't have 4WD to test/check this... but It would almost be better to have something that fit the OD and shrink it for the ID. Perhaps a length of shrink tube?

Would like a package for the full interior; cup holder, A/C vents, steering wheel emblem, shifter, and the glossy gear select plastic.

That’s a mistake! You still trust him?
He’s likely to put it on the ‘wrong’ knob...

Just don't get it on there too tight. You'll need someone to help you cut it off.

Ouch! Talk about a blast from the past.

I already submitted a claim to PayPal, just for emotional damages.
