Blacked Out Dash Chrome

Whoa did I finally find the thread for me. I literally keep a running note on all the chrome I want matte black'd on my interior. I understand it's extremely OCD and I don't care. A man's truck deserves to be perfect. The only things I can think of that I haven't seen listed is the side mirror adjuster button and the gear shift trim (which may be included with the cupholder trim since it's the same console).

Either way.. I'm buying it all! Take my money!

 

Did I read that the steering wheel logo will be different or is the one currently for sale on the site the only one that will be available? And is there going to be a package deal for everything combined?

 

Yes, I am selling the steering wheel logo decal separately, but will add it as an option to the matte black kit. You will be able to purchase the kit with or without the logo decal. Please note that due to the complex shape of the logo, the decal only covers the face of the decal. The chrome is still visible around the edges.

 

No worries! I'll take any chrome coverage I can get! Good stuff!

Soon, my friend. Just waiting for the initial feedback from the members that I sent these to to try out. I want to make sure the installation is as user friendly as possible.

All good. I hate to be that guy but what are going to be the options included in the matte black kit? Just the steering wheel logo, center console, and vents?

 

Yes, all that and the start button. I have not found a good way to cleanly cover the 4WD knob, shifter ring, door latch handles, and side mirror knob.

That's down the road, but only if I can get them for the AC rears also. The 2009 AC that I test drove had leather front and rear. It was pretty sweet, but the dealer and I couldn't get to an agreeable price.

I have some other stuff to save for first, esp the GoFastCamper. That's gonna take some time!
