Blacking out emblems, badges

Hey guys just got my lift, wheels, and tires put on today and I've been thing about blacking out the emblems/badges or maybe just removing them completely. Looking to find out how hard it is to get them to stick back on the truck and what everyone is using to take them off and reapply them. Thanks!

Nice OP. A hairdryer or heat gun to warm the adhesive and gently peel stickers.
Grab some fishing line and run it under the emblems to remove.
WD40 or Goo Gone2 removes any residue safely.

Replacing the emblems, just need some 3M tape and BOOM. Done.

Will the 3m hold them on there good? My fear is them falling off haha

 

I heat them with a hair dryer then use fishing line to take off

Put back on with 3m tape or similar product

If you want to black out just leave them on and plasti dip them easy as that

Your front qtr panel will come off before the emblem .

Derp them without taking them off the vehicle. There are pics in my build. It seemed a bit crazy at first, but it worked. Several others have done the same. It took 2 years and numerous washes to even start to show the need for touchup.
