Blackout Package part numbers

Long story short, my new 2018 cement OR was delivered with a scratch on the body-colored outer grille surround (down to the plastic), and after the dealership's efforts to patch it with touch-up paint, they recommend I take it to a body shop. (they did an OK job, pic attached)

Bummer, but I can live with the scratch and it's not worth my time and the likelihood that the bodyshop won't match the paint perfectly. Not sure why they can't just replace the surround with a new factory one, but that's not the point of this thread....

Instead of requesting the body work, I'm thinking about getting the dealer to throw in a couple extra cosmetic things for the truck. Knowing that they're PROBABLY not going to do anything at all, I'm going to ask for a few small items to help me remove all the chrome on my truck. Below are the parts I'm going to request, but I'm missing a couple part numbers. Can anyone help me fill in the blanks? The factory 'Blackout package' should have most of these items
