    3” lift. Sway a ways 2.5 on 285 75 16 and much more
Installed the front lift yesterday. Took about 4 hours. Mostly it was all straight forward. Still need to adjust the lift in put on the wheels.
Oh and today got my tires mounted and balanced.

    Lift:
    Upper control arms
    Sway a way coilovers
Swapped to manual cv’s and locking hubs.

Currently sitting at 5.25” higher than what it was originally. Need to back it down to 3”.

What a tease... having the last photo be the new wheels, all mounted up.

    Awesome thread so far!

I got them with the manual hubs and cv’s.
In order to make it work with my knuckles I’d have to press out the old hub and bearing and press a new set in. Took a short cut since I already had them. Might as well use them.

Adjusted the front coils, threw on the wheels and finished installing manual hubs. Next is 1” body lift. Tires are rubbing at half lock out hope the BL will help some, if not then I’ll do some trimming.

How much clearance do you need to avoid rubbing? There's always other options than body lift, dropping to a 275 would be a reduction of 4.9% and might be enough for you.

Installed diff drop. Cv’s angle looks a little better now.

Installed daystar 1” body lift and installed the bed. For some reason the lines from the cab don’t match up with the bed. Looks like I’ll need to make my own 3/4” lift blocks and replace them on the bed. Hopefully they will line up better. Oh and installed some AVS vent visors. Also here’s a pick of the flex with new shocks.
Next is rear axle relocation. Needs to be pushed back. Already got the bracket just need to find time lol

    Update from yesterday,
Installed 1” lift kit and axle relocation brackets. Also this morning dropped the truck off for an alignment. Trying to get everything ready for this weekend in the snow. :)

    “Another day another MOD”

Got to work on the truck some today. Got the following done:
    *Installed 3 piece skid plates
*Installed new white LED’s in speedo
*Wired up my two port usb charging outlets
*Mounted a random LED light I had laying around. Wired it up temporarily.
*Relocated rear diff breather to gas door location
*Relocated my rear diff lock to the ECT switch location.

    *Topped Off:
    - front diff
    - break fluid
    - coolant
    - windshield washing fluid
    - transmission oil

I think I’ll be good to go on my 350 mile round road trip to a cabin in Naches, WA. We’re staying there to meet this coming up new year with friends and family.

Back from my first trip on the tacoma. Put over 450 mile on it this weekend. We stayed at a cabin in Naches WA and did some off road exploring at a near by snow park (Spring Creek). Covered about 15 miles of trails. Everything was good and even did some target shooting. So I’d call it time well spent. Can’t wait to do it again.

Here are some picks from the tip:

My little one was trying to climb the tire while I was packing and snapped the pic of her.

    2149C633-EB57-45C8-BD52-E646F8E3ABF2.jpg
Made a stop on the way down and drove by a quarry and had to stop for a quick picture.

This is the map of the snow park we explored.

And a few picks from the trail.

Hope everyone had a happy new year :)

    Another weekend trip update:
Went up to Tahuya WA. Hit the trails on my dirt bike during the day and once it got dark went wheelin on the 4x4 trails. Had a ton of fun. Here are some pics. Sorry for the bad quality, it was dark and phones are no good at night. 33BB2529-DB86-4DCD-9033-0B8A343760E0.jpg54C62D96-56AE-49DC-80EE-39F709FC5B6E.jpg 6FF92835-DF26-41F2-98F6-2F8E2EB59E57.jpgF9F5D1B9-FA44-4A0D-98CA-A9F389A0DD48.jpg 3F23DA4A-6801-40DE-8F03-69D6B7CC12AA.jpg77CB07AA-0872-4085-A69A-4819A161A8A9.jpg
