New (to me) 32 gallon jaz cell. Huge money saver for only 100 bucks with the mount. Now I don’t have to drop 1500 on a new one. Big sending unit, plastic tube baffles and a sweet dimple die mount. Came off my good buddy’s center mount tundra when he went bigger. Should fit between our tubes nicely. Just needs paint and some new hardware but that can come later. Going down to the truck tomorrow to get a bunch of pics and agree on tube layout. This definitely held it up a little.

Do you have to follow any smog laws in your location? Or are you cutting out all that junk?

Dropped off the new cell, picked up the old one to sell, and picked up the 3.0 bypasses from the front to sell also.... rear needed some tubes adjusted so we went over that and now next steps is to get those done and then bump stop mounts and shock mounts, cell mount, fun stuff, after that will go to the interior small stuff and then big changes for the front end... all getting chopped off....

3.0 front bypasses are gone.... deposit going down on the new front bypasses at king here Friday.

Working with Tommy to create a custom kit based off what I have now, new bigger upper arm, cutting all the shock towers and upper arm mounts off, redoing cycling and lower shock mounts.

In short, upper arm is getting 2” wider, cleaner upper arm mounts, boxing the frame and cutting out more to clear for more bump, 2.5x12 coilover, 4.0x12 bypass, 2.5x2” bump. And maybe, maybe hiems on the lower inner pivots.

But rear ended is now decided on and moving forward faster not we sorted it out

Are there drainage holes in the underside of those new frame rails? I dig the through tubes and dimple die combo, but in my terrain I think they be packed full of mud and dust.

Yea there’s holes running along the bottom of the rails. If they get too much of a hassle we’ll cap the open dimples.

Cab tubes cut out because of how massive the shocks are and how far up they stick up at full bump. New tubes being run right now

4.0x12” bypasses ordered. Lookin at 12-16 weeks. Thank god no 32 week wait times lol

Talked with Tommy at TT Motorsports who build the front kit, gonna build me a new custom upper arm to fit these shocks and then cutting everything out and running shock mounts mounts off the engine cage. Gonna squeeze every inch out of it. Right now it’s at 16-17 but we can get 20 out of it with shocks, clearing frame metal and pushing the rack, but I’ll keep a spare in the trunk. Not worried about that.
Anywho, should have some tube pics here soon of the new layout for the rear.

4.0s in the front overkill? Absofuckinlutely

Stock rack with a rack saver for now until solo or someone comes out with something. Everyone always complains about them but I beat the F out of mine for years and never had any problems. But by the time I price out big steering I’ll just center mount it and do it right with a Howe rack.
