Yeah I’m going 2.5/2.5. I would love to go 2.5/ 3.0 if I knew for sure the upper part of tire won’t rub when it flexes out. You think I can pull off a 3 tube 3.0 with a remote resi?

It’ll rub for sure, probably will still rub with a 2.5 in there you can see in the pictures above where my tire is now and the shocks and I think they would get blasted at full articulation

Burg full floater and 4.88s. It’s gonna get a LS with a single front mounted turbo. Gonna push the engine into the cab for room in the front

Oh really. Time to put this build on top to watch. I’ve thought about an LS swap if I loose the 3.4L , need something to pull this steel around

I'm not sure I'd cage unless the last was in there to begin with. Otherwise you'll have to redo the engine cage..which would deter me from even doing the motor swap.

And in that case. Get 5.29s and a blower and call it a day.

Seriously. Please don't get 4.88s with 37s. You will not like that.

im only getting the front kit on so i can send it out to tommy to get caged then ill get it back to start the backhalf and engine cage to it can all tie in correctly to the cab cage.

the engine is coming out eventually, and for the price of a blower i can have a LS and have twice as much power. and 4.88s will be perfect for it. ive riding in blower tacomas and its embarrassing for as much as they cost
