Is the GOAT armor new or have you had it on for a while?
    How do you like it?

it’s still kinda new it is awesome once you get it on and take it off road but sometimes I go offroad and can’t wash it immediately. So I have to take the armor off so that what little dirt and stuff that gets under the lip doesn’t scratch the truck. Putting it on by your self is a little difficult but I want it all to line up perfectly so if you don’t mind it being off a little then no big deal. All in all I am really glad I bought it and after my Democrat offroad trip and I took the armor off it was awesome to see the difference from the protected areas and non protected areas.

I drove out to El Centro, CA to photograph one of the Blue Angels' winter practice sessions ( USAF Thunderbirds happen to be there too ) and was looking forward to photographing my BBP with Blue Angels flying over it!

And because I didn't realize what shirt I was wearing until I watched the video, this Blue Angels fly over is inadvertently brought to you by @HeadStrong Off-Road

Seriously, I didn't realize what I was wearing until I looked at the video, but the owners at Headstrong are great folks.

What bulb and what ballast are you running? I have a set of 5.0's in mine and they arent that bright. I was actually kinda disappointed.

They all go to 80% after 200 hrs of use but boy oh boy it feels like I perform xray on people going over bumps lol

its 5500K. And these are not the brightest. The brightest would be 4300K i think. And its 35W balasts for bulb longevity

Awesome. I'm running the morimoto 5500k bulbs as well. Do you get any projector bounce? Mine bounce over small bumps, I'm assuming it has to do with the two spring clips at the top that hold the projector mounting bracket in

Nothing too special but she's still mine and I love this truck. Still researching lift options, something in the <2" range. I'm thinking maybe Bilstein 6112/5160, been looking at that kit and it looks nice.

If you're not looking to do any crazy wheeling, Billy 51s will work with your stock setup. It may not change the ride much, but it will give you the lift you're looking for at an affordable price. I'm doing mine through @HeadStrong Off-Road

Looking at those right now actually. I'm trying to find the comparison of using 5100s w/Eibach springs on stock perch versus 5100s with 885s on a much higher settings. They will both yield same 2" lift supposedly, just trying to see the pros/cons to each. Also looking at the AAL options, 1.5" or so, somewhere around there.

No major offroading here, maybe a dirt road here and there but I'm not sending it in my lifetime. XD

I never get any bounce. Mine was rock solid when I put it in. Did you do D2S 5.0 or RX350?
I dont remember using any spring clips. Projector itself bolts onto the bazel.
I did D2S and had to attach the projector to a conversion bracket. I used 4 tiny bolts with a thread locker.
If you did d2s you may have a lose bracket.

The bolts in the pic would be the only source of bounce if you did morimoto d2s5.0

TRD Baja Kit with JBA UCA's 1/2 inch spacer on top, Medium Dakars with BAMF hangars and super bumps all around. 285/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT's on graphite TRD faux beadlock wheels. Pro skid powder coated black with Pelfreybilt aluminum mid skid and aluminum gas tank skid.
I would go with that you won't be disappointed. I have the Baja suspension with a 1/2 inch spacer up front which is essentially the 6112 and 5160's but with a 650lb spring as apposed to a 610lb spring. I also have Dakar mediums in the rear and it works great for me. I got about 2 inches all around and I really like the ride but I do like it a little stiffer. Offroad has een great too.

I was FINALLY able to get some photos of my truck from another amateur photographer worth their salt 29FEB on a Leap Day run that included Indian Flats, Grapevine Canyon, Fish Creek, and Sandstone Canyon in the CA Anza Borrego Desert. Thank you to @TacoPharm for the time and the photos!

Nice blue, guys. If I had this color, I’d have a red snug top, and flat red wheels. Superman rules!
