    First, welcome to TW!

Find a good dealership and talk to the Inventory manager. They can (usually, depending on region) take an allocation order and turn it into what you want. You will have to wait - unicorns are built only on certain days because the assembly line is configured around special configurations only on pre-determined times. DCLB TRDs are special and MTs are too. Looking at the website to see what's available from the port or local dealerships can't help you if the unicorns are already in "sold" status in the inventory & allocation system.

Just to give you and idea I had to wait 13 weeks for mine from order to build. It never showed up on the sales web site because it was "sold" the day I ordered it.

First time I've seen this. What's the purpose of a plastic liner to cover your plastic truck bed? Is it rubberized for better grip like a bed mat would accomplish? Seems like all it does is prevent water drainage at the front and hide your rear tie-down anchors. Not knocking it - just curious.

I see it blocks access to your storage bins too. I'd be returning it (if you can) or doing some trimming. It looks good - just different.

Great info, thanks! Meeting with a dealer on Monday. I really hope 13 weeks is a worst case scenario!

Hello all! First time Tacoma owner and loving it so far. No mods yet but the more time I spend on this forum, the longer my wish list gets.

    Welcome Marcus and congrats!

I have a MGM, but troll the BBP thread cause I think that color looks damn good! It was coin toss for me, I may have lost it, but I'm happy.

Thanks Pitt! Sometimes I wonder if the BBP is too flashy for my style, but then I see it in my driveway and know that I made the right choice. Just need to tint the windows, add side steps, Prinsu roof rack, TRD wheels, bed step, etc... :D

You are going to take the nicer 18" Limited wheels off and replace with 17" or 16" TRD wheels???

The TRD Sport wheels are nice but, that's crazy!....In My Humble Opinion...lol

I would not second guess the wheel swap. My biggest dilemma buying a 2016 was the poor choice of factory wheels. I like that some have swapped to 4runner wheels. My last F150 came with 20" chrome wheels. I sure expected Toyota to offer something better than the current options. Not a fan of black wheels so that really narrows the field of choices. I am still shopping for something chrome or polished in a 17" or 18" size. I am not lifting my rwd so tire sizes are very limited.

I just think the 17" TRD Black wheels look pretty bad ass!

They would be more badass if they were 18"

How do you like the Michelin tires? That is what they put on the Limited, right?

I bought a set of Limited wheels with Michelin LTX M/S 2's on them and they are awesome. I had 3 sets on my previous 1997 Tacoma.
