Is it OK to bleed in stages? Like two front wheels in one day and the two rare wheels a couple of days later?

Always start with the wheel farthest from the reservoir and work closer. Why not just do all 4...takes a matter of minutes.

I think the better question is why are you doing this?

Are you just changing fluid? Or did you change the brake caliper(s)

either way. Do them all at once. Do you just want 2 wheels to brake rather than 4.

I have got sever thumb arthritis. So, I got give it a rest. If I have to do all 4, I will, but prefer to do it in two separate days if is advisable.

That makes sense. If you don't drive it between bleeds and you don't have air in the system (flush only) then you are fine. If you are driving it between, you can contaminate the new fluid with the junk in the two lines you don't bleed. Maybe offer the neighbor a beer to run the bleeder screw while you pump the brakes?

Are you bleeding them just as a matter of practice? Replaced calipers? Fluid change? Some situations may be more logical than others to wait a day or so. Assume you are not doing this by yourself?

All good, I think I got to get rid of old fluid. I thought I could do it by myself. If not, then I have to take to the dealer which is going to take the whole day being 25 miles away.

Thanks, I watched the video several times and it looks not that hard and doable by one preson. I thought that I had to take the wheels off!

It is much easier to bleed your brakes with 2 people. One pumping the brakes and the other opening and closing the bleeder. You don't have to remove the wheels, but it is easier when you have the extra room. For what you are doing, you can do it over several days. Just make absolute sure that you keep the reservoir full at all times. You drain the reservoir and you are bleeding all of them at one time.
