Blend door actuator 2002

After the winter of 2022 I went 2 years without turning on the heat because I live in north Florida and we have more HOT days than winter days. My a/c wouldn't work after that winter but I hit the dash one day and it started working!!! Jump to January 2025 and 13 degrees, I turned the heat on, 2 weeks later it's 80 degrees but once again the a/c wont work. I checked the actuator and the arm works just fine. Installed a new one anyway and although it didn't seem as hot the a/c never worked. It seemed to possibly work in one vent, I know that is a separate actuator. Any suggestions??
