Blend door actuators

How many actuators are there controlling the blend door system on a 2010 Tacoma ?

Have had my Tacoma at shop 2 times now. I knew it was an actuator issue due to thumping driver side behind glove box. Have had in twice to replace an actuator noise stops for 2 days then starts thump again. Now saying recirculating actuator. I figured they could test each one to which was failing. Now saying he believes they are sending incorrect actuator. So gotta go back in again. Thoughts?

 

Crappy aftermarket parts?
This guy went through 4 before he got one that didn't immediately fail, oddly enough a cheap Ebay one fixed it but YMMV
