    rear suspension air bags
installed rear suspension air bags within days of purchasing a 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. Rear Well Measurement before installation was 36.5 inches dead center. Now 36 7/8 inches, a 3/8" difference.
After five months, the BSM displayed unavailable. Dealership stated the root cause are the air bags.
So the BSM was recalibrated this one time under warranty.
I disclosed the vehicle has pulled a boat and trailer about 3000 lbs with a tongue weight of about 500 lbs on six occasions plus about a 500 lb payload. The suspension drops about an inch in either case. The BSM worked fine, now you state the air suspension with a 3/8" OEM difference un-tolerable variance.
Next week I will pull the boat again, now what if the BSM unavailable again. No response from the dealership.
    Anyone have an opinion?
