I hope someone can verify this for me..... Using your Blind Spot Monitoring system, and you turn your turn signal on (depending on which side) if there is another car detected and the BSM light in your side view mirror flashes, do you also hear a buzzer? My system seems to be working fine and I see it working normally, except that I wasn't sure if I'm also supposed to hear a buzzer if my turn signal is on and the system detects a car in its monitoring range and the small warning light starts flashing.

No sound on mine. The light is solid on the mirror when a car is there and flashes if you have your signal light on. Can see where it'd be annoying if it beeped and you where somewhere with two turn lanes and had someone beside you.

Sensor light comes on even when you don't have the turn signal on, but there is never a sound alert. That is only for the rear backup sonar and cross traffic alerts.
