blinkers not working nor hazard lights

    toytec 3" lift with reservoir and WRX seats 33's with VTX wheels
    so i have a 1997 toyota tacoma that just recently the blinkers and harzard lights have not been working at all i checked the fuses and the bulbs to see if that was that problem but it is not i have also replaced the flasher and still not doing anything could it be that the turn signal swith be bad? but why would the hazards not work? im in need of some help.

    Sounds like you need to replace the flasher relay, unless that's what you mean by "also replaced the flasher". Wasn't sure if you meant bulbs or what.

    The turn signal and flasher switch is tied together

    Does your horn work ??

    Just how did you test your fuses?

    Did you test your old flasher or the new one??

    Bunch of times I have heard of this situation and had it myself. It was the trailer harness "splitter" box that failed. Pls. check if you have a trailer hitch harness attatched to your tail lights. I have been through 2 of those friggen things. each one lased about 1.5 years.

    Hey you guys thanks for the help and yeah I replaced the flasher relay and it’s still not doing anything I do have a trailer hitch which may be the problem I have been having a few problems with the horn it self not working properly
