blistein rear shock leaking oil? pics

    hey, I had a 3" lift kit installed 3 months ago. Everything has been fine with truck but the rear shock has oil dripping down it. is this normal? the other shocks have no oil dripping down.

    Nope it's not normal. looks like you blew a shock, one of my bilstein 5100 blew on the right side rear. I had to replace it. It looked just like that and after a while it just got all over the frame and such. It was a mess

    I was planning a 4x4 trip tomroorw. would it be safe taking the truck out? or daily driving on roads ok?

    I drove around with a shock that looked just like that for months. I think you'll be fine on your trip. It just might ride like shit.
