Just got my 21" LED bar from BlitzPro yesterday via the GB on this forum. After some careful consideration of mounting options, I decided to mount it to my push bar, so as to not do any permanent damage to my bumper as far as dremeling and drilling.

After an hour at Home Depot, I bought a piece of 3/16" sheet metal that was 36" x 3", 2 "L" brackets, and some hardware. The push bar is 34" wide, so I used the dremel and cut-off wheel to cut 2" off. I then drilled holes into the push bar, mounted the brackets, drilled holes through the sheet metal for the brackets and the LED bar mounts, and installed it. Wired the light to a relay, and a switch through one of my blank switch locations to the left of the steering wheel.

I will get more pics posted tonight in detail, and light output as well. So far, it's pretty bright on its own, but my HID's make it look dim in comparison. Maybe I just need to point them up a bit more to get a more effective beam. I'm also kinda worried about security. It's not exactly an expensive light, but I'd like to make it a bit more difficult to steal than just needing a 1/2" wrench and 2 minutes of time.

I will also be painting the mount black. Just wanted to test fit the design. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics...after a carwash tonight, I'll post some good ones.

I was thinking more along the lines of hardware that requires a key. Red loctite is a no-no considering I want to be able to aim this thing according to the trail.
