You might get two if you're lucky... Actually, I have a really funky cider I brought back from Denver, I know my wife won't want any...

I bought new lines, I thought pulling off of the last truck might be a little suspicious.

My bumper and bed cage should be here too but they need powder before installation and I need to nut up and buy a winch.

I'll feel a lot better about it if I can get tenants in my rental property. Carrying 2 mortgages is sucking right now.

I've thought about it myself. A lot of work and funds to make sure its occupied (and with good renters) but the profit is a plus if you have the time and drive to make it work.

We kinda fell into it. We bought a place when we moved down from Ohio, with the intent of living there a few years and then renting it. Then things changed and we moved a lot earlier than expected.

Truthfully, it been pretty painless but we have only had tenants for one year. The challenge right now is just the market slowing down at this time of year.

**The property is in Germantown, Louisville if anyone knows folks that are looking. I can provide a link if needed

Dropped off for powder at 6:30 this am. He is going to try to get them done before the weekend. Looks like I'll have a lot to work on soon

3 Benji's, which is well under the other 2 quotes I got.

I haven't used this guy before but he is a super nice dude. Runs the shop by himself, retired polymer chemist.

I hope the quality is disproportionate to the price
