Blower issue.

    Hey guys i have a 2007 tacoma prerunner double cab and been having issues with the a/c blower does not work when i turn it on with the climate control switch. The resister is new i have it rigged up with a switch from the positive side from the battery and neg from the resister so i turn on the switch its turns the blower and the blower low med speeds work with the control knob the problem is im not getting power at the black wire with a yellow stripe positive side to the blower is there a diagram for this?

    Why are you rigging up wiring for the resistor. A resistor does exactly what it's suppose to do. It restricts the flow of electricity going to the blower. That's what makes it spin at a certain speed.

    I didnt the resister is left as it is the positive side

    The resistor is all power. There is no ground

    The blowers has 2 wires a white with blue stripe that comes from the resister and a black with yellow stripe thats the one im not getting anything.

    That's the ground wire. 1 is power one is ground. Check to see if your getting ground with a test light
