Last year I had to change out my blower motor resistor because I could only get high on the thermostat. Two weeks ago I had the same problem. I was only able to get high.

I thought it was the blower motor resistor again, and when I took out the old one it looked OK. I put in the new one. However the new one that I have does not have color-coded wiresWell now when I turn on my thermostat, Every setting is high now. I’m trying to figure out the wiring specs on it but can’t seem to find it. I am not sure if it is the blower motor resistor that is the problem still or something else? What is the wire schematics?
